This initiative is dedicated to expanding the horizons of students, by offering an exclusive glimpse into the inner-workings of the Kith business. The idea is to give these students an inside look, in order to positively influence their career choices in fashion.

We invite groups of students to Kith’s headquarters, where they’re introduced to HQ employees across different departments. From design to operations, a range of topics are intentionally covered, exposing students to the notion that there are multiple paths to success, and that career choices are endless in the fashion industry. Kith headquarters and retail staff engage in conversations with the visitors, delving into personal journeys and fostering open discussions. We express our gratitude to our dedicated staff who generously volunteer their time for this meaningful initiative.
