The BCAM Changemakers Program is for students at risk of struggle in school-- academic, attendance, social-emotional, personal struggles. This program supports them in moving towards consistency, stability and ultimately success in school, as well as preparation for college and the professional world. Behind the Seams serves as a great opportunity for these students to witness professional work in action and gain first-hand insight to a professional atmosphere. We intentionally selected Kith employees who would be able to spark curiosity within these students by piquing their interests. Afterwards, the students visited Kith Williamsburg in order to gain insight from the retail staff and enjoy Kith Treats.
