In the Spring of 2024, we hosted two special Behind the Seams events.Students from Fête le Mur Stains, with whom our Paris team works closely, visited our headquarters in New York. At the same time, students from the Young Women’s Leadership School of Queens, with whom our New York team works closely, took a school trip to Paris, for a similar experience at our Kith Paris location.
The Fête le Mur Stains group, ranging from ages 5 to 16, toured our HQ and Williamsburg retail doors, engaging in hands-on arts and crafts and open table discussions with some of our HQ employees. In Paris, the students received a tour of our store, learned about trends and evolution in the French sneaker market, and gained insights into fashion work and daily retail operations at Kith Paris. All led by our Paris retail staff.
It was a thrill to merge both worlds and provide these unique experiences for both groups.
