We invited 28 students from TEAK Fellowship and Brooklyn Lab to our Behind the Seams program at our headquarters. This program offers students the chance to interact with industry professionals and ask questions about their career paths.

TEAK Fellowship supports students from low-income families through intensive after-school and summer classes, helping them gain admission to the nation’s most selective high schools and colleges. TEAK ensures students thrive in their high schools and graduate from college, ready to achieve their professional goals and positively impact the world.

Brooklyn Lab High School, rooted in the Critical Love theory, believes in the innate potential of every child and provides education that prepares them for a successful future. They aim for all students to be accepted to college and to possess the knowledge, skills, and habits needed for post-graduation success in academics, careers, and healthy lives.

We are grateful for the opportunity to provide these students with insights into the fashion industry, helping them expand their horizons and understand the vast career possibilities within the field.
